Melissa Brouwn, also known as "Precious" at the tender age of (15) fifteen developed a burning desire for the things of God, a desire to know Him personally and intimately, a desire that could not be quenched by the things of this world.
As she grew in her Ministry, at the age of (18) eighteen she was in the stream of her destiny fulfilling the purpose of God in her life not only through singing but also through preaching the Word.

At the age of (19) nineteen she was ordained an Evangelist. Through the years of Evangelism she grew in Spirit and Word and was then able to make a great impact into the lives of many both young and old all across the world as she toured the United States, The U.K. (London, Switzerland etc.) and many more Caribbean Countries, in doing so "Precious has had the opportunity to Minister alongside many well acclaimed men and women such as Dr. Miles Monroe at the A.S.A.P.H. Conference in the Bahamas, Kirk Franklin at the Barbados Gospel Festival, The World Renowned Pastor Benny Hinn, Helen Baylor, Stitchie, Papa San, Yolanda Adams,Israel Houghton and many more. As the days grew into months and the months into years "Precious" was inspired through many of life's experiences to write songs that touches the very core of one's heart such as
"Worship Is A Lifestyle",  "A Place Called Grace", "Manifest Your Love" and many more, with that accomplishment she is today the winner of the Trinidad and Tobago Gospel Award for Female Vocalist Of The Year.
Always having a great desire to assist the orphaned children and needy families, in 2003 "Precious through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit developed an Organization called "Soul Seekers International”. This Organization puts into action various programmers one in particular called the "Megga Canned Quest" where patrons are required to bring (3) three canned products as the admission to a Grand Gospel Concert which features many of the nation's top Music Ministers all proceeds go towards various orphanages throughout the nation also to the families of Prisoners and Crime Victims. Another one of the Programmers is the well received (S.O - Single) Sold - Out - Single Conference which encourages young people to value their bodies and their future and to approach relationship with the right mindset in the right timing using Godly principles. "Soul Seekers" seeks the interest of every soul with a holistic approach, Mind, Body, Soul and Spirit. When someone says they are hungry and in need we must have something more than just a word to give.
"Precious" has also served faithfully at Jesus Elam Revival Assembly, with the Excellent leadership of Apostle Gary M. George and Prophetess Agnes George for the past (16) sixteen years.  She is the host of the Programmed "Lifestyles" heard every Sunday on the only 24hour Gospel Radio Station in Trinidad and Tobago and is also the host of the Synergy Sundays Programmed called "Precious Time" seen every Sunday on Synergy T.V. Last but not least out of her extremely busy schedule "Precious" still finds the time to work with the hearing impaired and trains others to do the same. What a "PRECIOUS" gift to the Body of Christ.
